We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist responsible for ensuring a seamless process at the lab for our patients. This vital role involves the review of all patients' lab orders and providing clear, comprehensive instructions for collections and directions to lab sites. The representative must demonstrate excellent customer service, particularly when navigating difficult conversations and delivering sensitive information, as patients may be upset about the change in collection procedures.
