We are seeking a skilled Workday Job Architecture Specialist to support our global Job Architecture initiatives with a particular focus on the United States. This role will partner closely with Total Rewards, HRIS, and business stakeholders to help define, implement, and optimize job structures and hierarchies within Workday. This position is 100% REMOTE but you MUST sit in CST or EST timezones. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent education/experience/training Specialization in the Workday HR and Compensation modules required Some broader domain knowledge and/or training in HR processes and functions desirable Experience in a HR Service Delivery model with shared services preferred. Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required. Analytical and problem-solving skills required. Attention to detail a must. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution. An ability to work under significant pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines. Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate alignment between Job Architecture, Compensation structures, and HCM processes. Assist with data audits, validation, and cleanup related to job structure and hierarchy. Support communication, training, and change management activities related to Job Architecture.
