Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented On-Site Services Specialist to support our client’s daily operations in downtown Los Angeles. This multifaceted role focuses on high-volume copy/print production, document imaging, and mailroom management. You will be the "go-to" person for ensuring office equipment is functional, supplies are stocked, and documents are processed efficiently.Key Responsibilities Print & Copier Fleet Management: Operate high-volume duplicating equipment and perform daily "Key-Op" maintenance (clearing jams, cleaning, and reporting technical issues). Document Imaging: Prep documents for scanning, operate high-volume imaging equipment, and manage digital files using MS Office and specialized software. Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and faxes, apply postage, and handle shipping/receiving of supplies. Inventory & Upkeep: Ensure all "Galley" areas and MFP stations are neat and fully stocked with paper and toner. Facility Support: Assist with meeting room setups, light maintenance (re-lamping), and occasional internal occupant moves. Requirements & Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a mailroom, print center, or related office services environment. Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50-55 lbs (e.g., moving paper boxes) and stand or walk for extended periods. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Email and comfort operating office machinery (paper cutters, hole drillers, shrink-wrap machines).
