Join our Legal Operations team as a critical safeguard in the bank's litigation and compliance workflow. We are seeking a detail-oriented Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of civil legal orders, including subpoenas, freeze orders, and deceased account notifications. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise execution of account restrictions, data gathering, and protective maintenance to ensure total regulatory compliance. Once the requested data and documents are provided or account restrictions are applied, the team manages the transaction through receiving a release, send pay order instructions to the branch, provide requested documents to internal/external requestor or receipt of a protective maintenance removal request.
