Key responsibilities - baseline material costing, procurement lifecycle reporting, integration with Cobra & S/4, creation of SRR & financial summary dashboards. - ERP & Systems Knowledge - Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM, PP, PM, CO, FI), PMMO/GPD - Domain Knowledge - Understanding of global supply chain processes o Procurement & Supplier Management Deep understanding of purchase requisition → purchase order → receipt → invoice → payment lifecycle. Ability to track quantity, unit price, extended value, and status (Planned, PR, PO, Received, Consumed, ETC). Knowledge of inventory status, excess/scrap, unallocated material, and how they affect EAC o Material Categorization - Ability to differentiate GPD material, raw material, SRR, vendor services, subcontract material and apply appropriate EV methodology. o ETC & Forecasting- Build time phased ETC that respects contract Period of Performance (PoP) dates. o Integration Points - Define and validate interfaces S/4 ↔ Cobra for material cost/ETC data. - Earned Value Management - Understanding of EV metrics (BCWP, BCWS, ACWP, CPI, SPI) - Data Modeling & Reporting - Ability to design BOM level, part level, and WBS level data models that support roll up/down, drill down, and "snapshot" reporting. qualifications: Labor (Make Parts) ERP Business Analyst Make part earned value, labor tracking and performance simulation capabilities of the MEV solution. - ERP & Systems Knowledge - Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM, PP, PM, CO, FI), PMMO/GPD - Domain Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing finance, production order costing, quality/rework processes o Manufacturing & Routing - Knowledge of shop floor routing, production orders, work centers, and standard hours (HPU). o Labor & Performance Tracking - Design Labor Tracking Reports that include quantities, hours, BCWP, BCWR, CPI, SPI, etc. o Repair, Rework & Scrap Analysis - Capture repair labor actuals, split order details, and scrap/rework/excess o Make Part Cost Baselines - Build material baseline values for in house parts, including raw material, NPA, SRR, vendor processing o Simulation & What If - Develop simulated baseline capability (run "what if" scenarios without affecting production baseline).
