As a Business Analyst on our Membership team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing pharmacy operations and supporting strategic initiatives. Your expertise will help drive efficiency and improve service delivery to our pharmacy partners. Must be able to thrive in a REMOTE work setting. Must live in the Eastern or Central time zone and able to work M-F 8:30 - 5pm EST. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the healthcare or pharmacy services sector. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex pharmacy data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with pharmacy stakeholders. Proficiency in business analysis tools and software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of pharmacy operations, reimbursement processes, and healthcare regulations. Experience working MicroSoft Office products. Salesforce knowledge. Documentation: Identify and create comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures to support the day-to-day business needs. Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that enhance pharmacy operations. Ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement strategies to streamline operations and enhance the efficiency of pharmacy services.
