job summary: Overview: predictiveIT is currently seeking a career oriented, self-motivated, and dedicated IT professional to join our team as a Hybrid TAM. The TAMs primary responsibility is to be the outsourced IT for several small and medium sized businesses around the Tampa Bay metro area. The goal of this position is to ensure that the technology environments of your named accounts are operating in best practice standard. Furthermore, the TAM will have monthly alignments to complete for their accounts and escalated onsites. The work would include performing best practice reviews, basic installs and upgrades, escalated onsite support and regular systems maintenance. The position is a hybrid position with the ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays if no customer onsites are needed after your first 90 days are completed.
