Perform advanced troubleshooting, corrective, and preventative maintenance on complex machine tools, assembly lines, and test stands. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including machine drive trains and precision spindles. Utilize technical schematics, manuals, and troubleshooting plans to identify and resolve root causes of failure. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. What You Bring (Basic Qualifications) 7+ years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 3+ years of specialized experience with machine drive trains, precision spindles, pneumatic, hydraulic, and fluid systems. 3+ years of proven expertise in troubleshooting and analyzing complex equipment failures. Solid experience with safety procedures and working with hand tools. High School Diploma or GED. Bonus Skills (Preferred Qualifications) PLCs and control systems. Advanced machine shop operations (lathes, grinders, stamping, milling). Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repair. Ability to read schematics and blueprints proficiently. Troubleshoot, modify and repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, etc. • Examines mechanical equipment to diagnose trouble and predict failure. Dissembles machines and repairs or replaces broken parts, pieces and equipment. Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary. Cleans and lubricates parts. Initiates request for replacement parts. Examines and repairs controls as required. • Diagnosis of electrical problems with in machine circuitry.
