Must have the ability to travel between multiple facility sites in Massachusetts and New Hampshire Employee Relations Expert: You'll be a trusted advisor, providing internal employee/labor relations consultation throughout the hospital system. You'll work with local HR teams and the Office of General Counsel to respond to both internal and external complaints, including cases with MCAD and EEOC involvement. Investigations: Under the guidance of the Director and other senior team members, you'll have the opportunity to conduct and assist in investigations, then prepare the related reports and findings. Training: You may also conduct training on employee relations and labor issues. Your expertise will help build our team's capabilities. Triage and Reporting: You'll be responsible for triaging reports submitted via the Know the Line portal. You'll review concerns related to discrimination, harassment, and HR policy violations, recommending appropriate assignments to local HRBP, ER/LR, DE&I, or other areas, in line with organizational practices. You'll use technology to manage case assignments, maintain case files, and create reports, all while tracking and analyzing trends. Caseload Management: With guidance from the Director, you'll handle a caseload of investigations, working both autonomously and collaboratively with team members, HR clients, organizational leadership, Office of General Counsel, security, and others.
