The ideal candidate holds their Bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources, has 5+ years of experience in LOA and Disabiltiies, Benefits, and is proficient with HRIS systems. This is a hybrid position, where the employee must work onsite in Pasadena, CA up to 3 days per week.
