The Health Services Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and communication to healthcare providers, patients, and internal stakeholders. This role ensures the accurate coordination and scheduling of initial and refill shipments of specialty medications, contributing directly to patient care and satisfaction. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–3 years of related experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred. Excellent telephone communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to type 30 WPM.
