We are seeking a master-level Executive Assistant (EA) to serve as the strategic right hand and ultimate gatekeeper to our Chief Executive Officer. This isn't a role for a passive coordinator. We need a high-EQ, forward-thinking business partner who can flawlessly sync with our Executive Leadership Team, interface with board members, and manage a complex corporate ecosystem. Masterfully manage a complex, fast-changing calendar, prioritizing high-impact meetings, internal plant reviews, and external client consultations. Executive Communications: Draft, proofread, and manage highly sensitive communications on behalf of the CEO. Act as a professional liaison between the CEO, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), board members, and prominent B2B clients. Meeting & Travel Coordination: Organize complex domestic and international travel itineraries (flights, lodging, ground transport) across our North American facilities and global distribution hubs. Board & Enterprise Preparation: Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership summits, and town halls. Prepare flawless presentation decks, agendas, briefings, and take actionable meeting minutes. Project Tracking & Gatekeeping: Track ongoing corporate initiatives, KPIs, and deliverables across various departments (Sales, Plant Operations, Finance). Ensure the CEO is fully brief and equipped with required data ahead of all engagements. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle highly sensitive corporate data, financial reports, human resources matters, and strategic expansion plans with absolute confidentiality.
