A family-founded investment banking firm in Midtown hiring an Administrative Office Specialist to support the 60-person team of investment bankers and leaders for the New York office. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, calendar management, scheduling conference rooms, working with clients, internal meeting planning, and vendor management. This role will support tje general office and work shoulder to shoulder with the firm's Administrative Manager. This is a direct hire non-exempt position paying $58-62,000 annually. This is an on-site position, reporting to the Midtown office daily.
