Our client is a mission driven law firm looking to add a Legal Assistant to their team- the current person is retiring after 30 years with the firm but will stay on through the end of the year to train. The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills, is tech savvy, and has several years of office support experience. 75% of this role will be supporting 3 attorneys with calendar management, travel, expenses, and file management. The other 205% will be receptionist duties for the office- routing calls, greeting guests, managing the conference room.
