A primary focus of this role will be the coordination and execution of the employee onboarding process, ensuring a positive and seamless transition for all new hires. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and handles confidential information with the utmost discretion.salary: $22 - $23 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Coordinate the new hire process from offer acceptance through the first week of employment, including initiating and tracking pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug tests, etc.). Prepare and process new employee paperwork, ensuring all documents (I-9, tax forms, company policies, etc.) are accurately completed and filed. Conduct New Employee Orientation sessions, presenting introductory company information, HR policies, and benefits overview. Manage the setup of new hires in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee files (both digital and hard copy). Coordinate logistics for new employees, such as setting up workstations, necessary system access, and distributing company materials. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing HR calendars, and preparing correspondence and reports. Assist with payroll preparation by compiling and submitting relevant data such as time-off requests, attendance records, and new hire/termination information. Process and track employee changes, including transfers, status updates, and terminations, ensuring all internal documents and systems are updated accurately and promptly.
