Administrative Assistant needed for two VP's in Regulatory Affairs for a local pharmaceutical company. Onsite in Bedford, MA 3 days per week. Primary focus of the role is completing activities related to purchase orders, expense reports, calendar management and travel arrangements. Excel and Concur experience and previous pharmaceutical experience is desired. salary: $32 - $37 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Proficiency in standard computer software applications as required by the department/position.
