Position Overview The Administrative Coordinator will support office management, vendor relations, and project coordination as our office expands to an additional floor. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.salary: $25 - $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, landlords, and stakeholders across the Baltimore campus. Coordinate and track projects related to office expansion, facilities management, and vendor services. Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, space planning, and administrative workflows. Maintain and update records, project plans, and schedules in Asana and Airtable. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support operations and leadership. Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistics for the Operations Team and other campus partners. Qualifications Prior experience in office management, administrative coordination, or operations support. Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects involving multiple vendors, landlords, and departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience using Asana and/or Airtable to manage tasks and workflows is strongly preferred.
