ABA company seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to join their team. You will be responsible for employee relations, dealing with harrassment claims, LOAs, employment law, coaching managers, identifying trends and communicating with the managers to discuss solutions, and other HR duties as assigned. This is a direct hire opportunity working M-F with weekends off. This role is 100% remote but must live in one of the states that the company operates in (CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, MD, MA, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, RI, TX, VA). They are paying $85k for this role.
