Permanent- Direct-HirePosition Summary:We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized Director of Operations to lead and oversee our Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments within a 24/7 linen processing facility. This role is critical to ensuring efficient labor utilization, maximizing equipment uptime, maintaining high-quality standards, and building a structured, safe, and positive work environment.The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a proven track record of building systems, setting and achieving goals, and holding teams accountable. salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesLeadership & Oversight Oversee daily operations across Production, Quality, and Maintenance.Ensure all departments are working in sync to meet service expectations and internal benchmarks.Provide clear direction, structure, and leadership to department managers and supervisors.Maintain high visibility and regular check-ins with department leaders to drive alignment and accountability. Efficiency & Process Improvement Drive labor efficiency by evaluating staffing levels, shift productivity, and overall throughput.Analyze operational reports and KPIs to identify issues and implement corrective actions quickly.Establish, document, and implement clear processes, SOPs, and training programs across all departments.Set, communicate, and monitor department goals, ensuring consistent progress and measurable results. Downtime Reduction & Equipment Uptime Collaborate closely with the Maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime and maximize availability.Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed and reactive maintenance is addressed promptly. Quality & Fulfillment Maintain high quality standards by supporting the Quality Assurance team and tracking quality trends.Ensure the Fulfillment team receives adequate and timely product to meet customer needs.Act as a liaison between Production and Service departments to support customer satisfaction and resolution of quality concerns.
