Position Summary The HR Services Coordinator provides vital administrative and operational support to multiple manufacturing facilities across the organization. This role handles core employee lifecycle transactions, personnel records management, and training coordination while maintaining strict confidentiality and demonstrating a strong understanding of foundational HR workflows. Candidate Qualifications & Skills Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required): Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred). Experience: Minimum 3+ years of customer service-related experience, with 1+ years of prior experience in a Human Resources environment highly preferred. Required Skills & Competencies: Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel) with a strong ability to learn and manage high volumes of data within complex HRIS and timekeeping systems. (Experience with Power Platform is a plus). Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, complete Form I-9 verifications, and ensure all transactions align with internal policies and applicable federal HR and payroll regulations. Inquiry Resolution: Assess inquiries from employees and managers, gather relevant system data, and provide guidance or resolution options while navigating multiple HR systems and applications. Onboarding Support: Conduct New Hire Orientations as needed, serving as a welcoming, knowledgeable point of contact for new team members. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner regularly with Factory HR, HR Business Partners, and Center of Excellence teams through ongoing communication, reporting, and issue escalation. Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency, helping to create, maintain, and continuously improve departmental documentation and workflows.
