Fostering a positive employee experience and maintaining operational compliance across core HR functions, including recruiting, benefits, and employee relations. Managing essential HR systems and driving process excellence through meticulous time administration, attendance tracking, and record-keeping. Actively shaping our culture by helping lead Business Resource Groups and coordinating high-impact employee engagement functions/events.
