Continuously monitor, maintain, and audit organizational compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Systematically evaluate and update policies to align with evolving regulatory standards. Manage tracking systems for mandatory safety training, anti-harassment, license renewals, and employee certifications to maintain total workforce compliance.Leave Administration & Employee Relations Oversee end-to-end leave management processes, accurately administering requests under FMLA, medical, and personal leaves, alongside workers' compensation claims and accommodation requests. Provide balanced, objective support for employee relations matters, resolving conflicts constructively while advocating for best practices and cultivating a positive workplace culture.Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Systems Partner with hiring managers to recruit, screen, and interview top talent across departments. Support a seamless new hire experience by facilitating background screenings, leading orientation sessions, issuing security credentials, and guiding new team members through onboarding. Drive engagement by managing recognition programs and company events.
