Our client, a family-owned independent bottler that is the third largest privately-held and the sixth largest independent bottler in the United States, is currently looking to hire a Junior Recruiter responsible for Full-Cycle Recruitment of high volume, hourly positions. The Junior Recruiter role is currently remote-home based due to COVID-19 restrictions. The selection process will be limited to those candidates who reside within a 30-mile radius of the Tampa area. Qualifications: Experience managing multiple stakeholders and candidates in a high volume, fast paced environment. Experience sourcing, screening and assessing candidate qualifications. Experience researching local industry/employment market to drive recruiting process. Personable, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Provide information on Company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants. Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process. Participate in the selection and/or placement of team members to fill vacant positions by working with leaders to identify critical job characteristics to ensure successful candidate selection.
