Ensure compliance with established progressive discipline practices. Writes effective Performance Improvement Plans as necessary. Write, maintain, and generate a variety of ad hoc and custom reports utilizing available reporting tools. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, metrics and scorecard data for workforce analytics. Perform data analysis as required to support HRBP. Manage training and compliance systems used both internally and externally. Track and report on activity as needed. Administration of Talent Review process including monitoring and reporting of calibration meeting outcomes. Track process statuses and prepare reports. Evaluate the effectiveness of various talent management initiatives. . Serve as an HR resource to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and HR systems. Perform adhoc duties as requested by the Senior Director of Human Resources or Manager, Benefits & HR Operations.
