The Investment Advisory (IA) Governance team provides fiduciary oversight for the Firm's investment advisory programs and platforms which include a comprehensive and dynamic risk control framework, aligned with policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and business strategy. This team also works closely with cross-channel partners to ensure consistency and alignment across the Firms’ fiduciary programs (Edge and Private Bank) and is critical in anticipating and evaluating emerging risks and changes in the marketplace that may impact market strategy and business approach.salary: $65.34 - $65.35 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for scollaboration amongst multiples lines of business, including legal and compliance, to successfully deliver and transform core risk management routines, processes, and risk initiatives, including, but not limited to: • Ensure the Form ADV Part 2B regulatory filings are completed in a compliant and timely manner through execution of a formal project management structure to coordinate tasks, issues, and risks. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business requirements and assess the risks and opportunities associated with related to the end-to-end process. • Effectively lead the coordination and management of the firm's Form ADV Part 2A advisory program brochures management, updates, and regulatory filings, including distribution of field and client communications, in a highly organized and detail-oriented manner. Required skills and experience include: • Prior experience in the securities or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the industry’s overall regulatory and compliance landscape. • Exceptional data analytical and technical skills, highly proficient in Excel (e.g., v-lookups, pivot tables, macros), as well as Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
