Randstad is seeking an Operations Specialist – Mutual Fund Services to join a leading global custody firm in Jersey City, NJ. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) is responsible for supporting mutual fund account openings through documentation review, transaction processing, reconciliations, and ensuring accounts are accurately reflected in internal systems. You will provide responsive client service, monitor daily transaction volumes, and help reduce operational risk through error identification and process improvements. The position requires incredible attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in global custody, fund accounting, or fund services. Prior exposure to mutual fund account opening, onboarding, or documentation review is strongly preferred, along with familiarity in transaction processing, daily reconciliations, and fund operations processes (securities, custody, NAV, or settlements).
