job summary: Summary The role requires a results-driven individual to provide application lifecycle oversight of software for the Employee Experience Technology suite of applications/software.The Technology Program Manager leads the team of technologists through the project lifecycle of Identification, Design, Build and Deliver software, infrastructure and/or middleware components on an agreed upon timeline.The Technology Program Manager provides oversight of task delivery for various components of software solutions and/or infrastructure service solutions delivery including network connectivity, midrange server build, virtual server build, storage, performance/capacity planning and monitoring of infrastructure health.The Technology Program Manager will coordinate with key delivery teams responsible for Test Environment Management, Production Release Management, Performance Testing and Capacity Management plus other teams to deliver Pre-Prod and Production software and/or infrastructure in the environments.Proactively communicate and support technology as it becomes declining or not permitted to ensure core technology versions are in use.
