job summary: he role of Communications and Change Management Lead is to create and execute the adoption strategy across internal stakeholders of a 3 rd party delivery of specific support functions. Responsibilities ? Manage change and communication management initiatives related to the change in delivery of specific services. ? Establish adoption strategy and conduct trainings and assessments based on the transformation timeline ? Develop and deploy stakeholder management strategy ? Work with project team to establish communication protocols ? Provide insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure change and communications are aligned with the overall company strategy ? Build and maintain effective relationships. Proactively foster communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influence key decisions across stakeholder groups. ? Perform change impact analysis ? Coordinate with change champions to manage change effectively ? Prepare and work with internal project team to deliver communications ? Communicate adoption program status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers ? Create and conduct the coaching and training sessions for various audiences, including customer management, leadership and other relevant internal stakeholders ? Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned related to this specific initiative Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or 8+ years related experience ? Experience in organizational change management ? Influential change advocate with proven experience ? strong written and oral communications ? Demonstrated presentation skills (in person and virtual) ? Demonstrated ability to plan and implement organizational change ? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications ? Experience in driving stakeholder adoption to a managed service environment ? Experience working in a global organization Working Conditions ?
