Professionalism: Strict adherence to a Business Casual dress code and a consistent record of punctuality. Fleet Management: Perform routine floor checks to monitor paper and toner levels across all shared office copiers; troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Mail Operations: Efficiently pick up and distribute mail from designated mail stops and assist with outgoing mail processing. Facilities Support: Assist with general office requests, ensuring a professional and organized environment for all staff and guests.
