Core responsibilities include reviewing resumes, submitting candidates, serving as the main point of contact and liaison between Randstad and the client, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client-specific requirements. Act as the main liaison and point of contact between Randstad and the client, providing updates and resolving issues promptly. Listen in on client intake calls to capture detailed job requirements and expectations; document and share comprehensive notes with recruiting teams to ensure alignment. Submit and manage assignment changes, extensions, end dates, and pay rate increases in the VMS platform. Accurately update the ATS to reflect candidate status as they move through the recruiting and onboarding process. Regularly check open job requisitions to confirm proper recruiter allocation and ensure jobs are actively being worked. Monitor contractor assignment timelines and proactively manage upcoming milestones. Ensure all activities are compliant with client-specific procedures, company policies, and employment regulations. Collaborate with recruiting teams, payroll, compliance, and onboarding to ensure smooth execution and delivery. What you need to bring: High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree preferred 2-4 years of experience in staffing, contingent workforce management, account management, or talent acquisition operations. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently and effectively. Hands-on experience working with VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, or similar systems. Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with a strong understanding of candidate lifecycle management and data accuracy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, recruiters, and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to compliance with company policies, client requirements, and labor regulations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide proactive solutions. Knowledge of MSP/VMS models, contingent workforce compliance, and relevant labor laws preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook; familiarity with CRM or ATS software is a plus. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
