Job Description: In this role, you will manage daily warehouse flow by prioritizing replenishments, searching inventory for available products, and waving orders to ensure the oldest shipments are processed first. As a key support for the operations team, you will assist pickers and packers in resolving issues while performing critical data entry and WMS (Warehouse Management System) maintenance. Your responsibilities include researching and correcting transaction errors and handling both domestic and international shipping documentation. To succeed, you must have at least one year of warehouse experience, basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to read fine print and communicate effectively in English. You should be comfortable working in hot or cold warehouse environments and performing physical tasks such as lifting objects of various sizes, bending, stooping, and standing for long periods. This is not just a "counting boxes" position; it is a high-stakes role requiring precise data entry and physical coordination to ensure our production lines never stop. You will be the primary link between the warehouse and the manufacturing floor. ### Core Responsibilities Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with digital inventory records. Production Support: Stage and deliver raw materials to production lines to maintain continuous operation and prevent downtime. Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and prepare finished goods for distribution. System Management: Utilize ERP software to track lot numbers, batches, and material movements in real-time. Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies before they enter the production stream. ### Job Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Technical Skills: Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards) is a significant advantage. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data logging. Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand and walk for 8–12 hours and comfortably lift 35–50 lbs on a regular basis. Equipment Operation: Ability to operate—or a willingness to be trained on—forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks. Job Description: Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Associate with proven skills in operating powered industrial lift trucks, specifically a reach truck forklift. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, committed to quality, and ready to contribute to a high-performance supply chain environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate powered industrial lift trucks (including reach truck forklifts) and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, or move product, equipment, and materials. Perform inbound receiving processes. Load and unload trailers as needed. Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy. Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times. Display a commitment to process excellence and demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy. Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed. Required Qualifications 1 year of warehouse experience. Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks. Must be able to drive a reach truck forklift, NO EXCEPTIONS. Assessment: The candidate will be given an operational assessment to ensure they are capable of safely and effectively operating a reach truck forklift.
