This is not just a "counting boxes" position; it is a high-stakes role requiring precise data entry and physical coordination to ensure our production lines never stop. You will be the primary link between the warehouse and the manufacturing floor. ### Core Responsibilities Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with digital inventory records. Production Support: Stage and deliver raw materials to production lines to maintain continuous operation and prevent downtime. Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and prepare finished goods for distribution. System Management: Utilize ERP software to track lot numbers, batches, and material movements in real-time. Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies before they enter the production stream. ### Job Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Technical Skills: Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards) is a significant advantage. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data logging. Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand and walk for 8–12 hours and comfortably lift 35–50 lbs on a regular basis. Equipment Operation: Ability to operate—or a willingness to be trained on—forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks. Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to a "Safety First" culture, including the consistent use of required PPE (steel-toed boots, safety glasses, etc.).
