The ER/TR Advisor is a key member of the Human Resources team at Randstad. This role acts as a critical partner supporting the people strategy for Randstad US. The key focus includes conducting complex investigations and mitigating risk by ensuring compliance with federal, state, local employment, and Randstad regulations.
