The Category Manager will support sourcing, contracting, and category management activities for Professional Services. The initial focus will be on RFP execution, supplier negotiations, and contract support. Over the course of the assignment, responsibilities may expand to include broader category management activities based on business priorities and demonstrated capability. The role will work closely with internal business partners, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to ensure sourcing activities are executed in accordance with company procurement policies, governance standards, and business objectives. Demonstrated experience supporting or leading RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract execution. Advanced organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies and timelines. Support supplier engagement activities and issue resolution as required. Provide regular status updates, risk identification, and recommendations to Procurement and business stakeholders. Conduct market and supplier analysis to support sourcing decisions. Support assigned category management activities, with scope potentially expanding over time. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
