In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, maintaining location accuracy, and ensuring our inventory database reflects real-time physical stock. Process Improvement: Collaborate with warehouse leadership to identify stock handling issues, shrink causes, or process gaps, recommending preventative solutions. Safety & Compliance: Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., cherry pickers, forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks) following all OSHA and company safety standards. Reconciliation: Assist with annual or semi-annual full physical inventory counts as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations. Technical Skills: Experience using WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan, or similar) and handheld barcode scanners (RF units). Math & Analytical Skills: basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions) with high attention to detail. Equipment Certification: Experience operating material handling equipment (Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Pallet Jack) preferred; certification required or obtainable upon hire. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours), lift up to 50 lbs comfortably, and work at elevated heights if required.
