Continuous Improvement: Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs), optimize rack/floor layouts, and drive 5S/lean practices to maximize throughput. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive leadership in warehouse management, third-party logistics (3PL), or multi-account distribution operations. Proven track record with complex SKU environments (10,000+ SKUs), multi-channel fulfillment (B2B bulk and direct-to-consumer), and intricate kitting/assembly workflows. Hands-on WMS expertise: Practical experience managing daily execution through enterprise WMS platforms (direct NetSuite WMS experience is a plus). Logistics & Carrier Fluency: Background in carrier selection, parcel rate structures, and freight logistics. Continuous Improvement Focus: Background in process optimization; 5S certification or Lean background is highly preferred. Local Presence: Ability to work on-site in San Francisco 3–4 days per week.
