Inventory Management: Set and monitor target levels for raw materials and finished goods in coordination with manufacturing and purchasing. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve production delays or bottlenecks. Reporting: Create detailed reports on production status, performance, and efficiency for management review. Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate between sales, purchasing, and production teams to optimize efficiency and satisfy customer requirements. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years in production planning or manufacturing roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MRP systems and Advanced Excel. Experience with Alteryx or similar data software is a plus. Analytical Ability: Skills in data analysis, process optimization, and managing complex schedules. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for seamless coordination across various departments. Additional Qualities Must be well-organized and able to simultaneously handle multiple duties. Proven ability to prioritize and follow through on projects with limited supervision.
