Ensures the team adopts and adheres to rigorous Change, Incident, Release and Problem Management (ITIL) methodologies in the support and maintenance of systems, platforms or infrastructure Derives effective monitoring and support schedules to ensure 24/7 operations and support of all responsible systems, platforms or infrastructure. Generates and presents reports to Management regarding effectiveness of infrastructure and makes recommendations for the adoption of new technologies, processes and procedures. Possess knowledge of expense and resource management processes as defined within Endeavor, inclusive of capital expenditures and budgeting. Identifies the appropriate level of resource for a project and understands how resources translate into cost, and perform reconciliation of actual versus project plan estimates.
