Vector & CAM Prep: Import DXF, AI, and EPS files into CAM software (VCarve, EnRoute, Fusion 360, etc.) to set toolpaths, establish feeds/speeds, and maximize sheet nesting. Material Fixturing: Utilize vacuum systems, mechanical clamps, and custom work-holding methods to prevent chatter on thin sheet goods. Quality Inspection: Verify tight tolerances using calipers and shop prints, followed by deburring and prepping parts for paint, powder coat, or assembly.
