We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Proven administrative or office assistant experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write routine reports and effectively present information. Solid math skills, including working with decimals, fractions, and percentages; ability to interpret charts and graphs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
