The role will encompass a range of duties, including scanning incoming mail, filing, retrieving, and managing mail, as well as other general office tasks. You will be expected to follow an established filing system to organize and maintain various records, such as letters, legal documents, case files, correspondence, invoices, and memoranda. As part of your responsibilities, you will also locate and retrieve requested files and prepare legal document indices, file folders, and labels. The law firm is situated in the 32803 zip code and specializes in workers' compensation. Prior experience in this field would be beneficial but not required, as the firm is willing to provide training to the selected candidate.
