job summary: A Maintenance Leader is needed in McDonough, GA. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years experience in Maintenance in a manufacturing facility with supervisory or leadership experience. Must be able to read CAD drawings, PDF's, CMMS systems Someone with a proven ability to lead a team of 9-10 maintenenace technicians to successfully keep the business running. The plant operates on a 24/7 schedule, so this person will need to be on-call.
