Develop, implement, and review mailroom procedures. Oversee all general mailroom activities, including shipping and receiving. Manage invoicing and customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as the primary contact for customer issues and contract compliance on-site. Function as a document specialist or other operations worker as needed. Ensure the effective implementation and management of Service Excellence. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a mailroom or related field. Proven experience with shipping/receiving and familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and other mail carriers. Experience with inventory tracking systems is a plus. Demonstrated people skills, including professionalism, dependability, and reliability. Proficiency in operating advanced machinery and performing complex jobs. Ability to set goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.
