We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the operation of production machinery by completing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on motors, electrical controls, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and mechanical assemblies. You will perform intermediate-to-advanced troubleshooting of PLC-based equipment, AC/DC power circuits up to 480V 3-phase, and fluid power circuits while maintaining strict adherence to OEM standards and safety policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safety First: Follow all HSE protocols including Lock-Tag-Verify (LOTO), fall protection, confined space, forklift operation, and hot-work standards. Electrical & Automation: Troubleshoot/repair circuits (24VDC to 480V 3-phase), motors, relays, and sensors. Diagnose VFDs and interface with PLCs (Allen-Bradley) for logic adjustments.
