The Multicraft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. This role requires expertise in both mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a strong focus on industrial automation, PLCs, robotics, and high-speed manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with servo drives, vision systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and industrial networking technologies to support production operations. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, servo drives, industrial robots, and vision systems. Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control systems, including motors, relays, drives, 3-phase power, and communication devices. Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in manufacturing processes. Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals for troubleshooting and repairs. Perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions to improve equipment reliability. Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work, track maintenance activities, and report failures. Assist in continuous improvement projects, modifications, and equipment upgrades. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe work environment.
