Maintain high-speed liquid filling, capping, and labeling equipment. Execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) work orders. Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and automated control systems. Fabricate and weld replacement parts or system components. Document all repairs and parts usage within the CMMS. Ensure compliance with food safety (SQF/GMP) and OSHA standards. Minimize production downtime through rapid emergency response. Monitor equipment performance for efficiency and safety. Collaborate with production and sanitation teams for line transitions.
