Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on production machinery and facility equipment. Diagnose system failures using schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Maintain, repair, and replace components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, belts, bearings, and gearboxes. Inspect, adjust, and align conveyor systems, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance. Perform hydraulic and pneumatic system testing, including pressure checks, leak detection, and system calibration. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production issues, providing effective and timely repairs. Install, assemble, and commission new machinery and equipment as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and work order documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and company policies. Collaborate with production teams and engineers to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend upgrades or modifications to equipment. Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and ensure proper storage of maintenance supplies. Assist in training junior technicians or operators on proper equipment use and basic maintenance procedures.
