PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily travel between customer locations to service for Networking platforms and medical devices.Basic troubleshooting of network, communications and IT equipment typically requiring a general understanding of IT and communications networks.Effective use of PCNS toolset to document project efforts, modify project related documentation and to communicate with project team and clients.Collaborate with project management resources to help plan for deployment or upgrade activities by providing input into project work plans, including the definition of key activities and tasks, allocation of resource time and execution of activities in a timely manner.Implement new technology as specified in approved design documents in a manner that maintains a high degree of professionalism and customer communication along the way.Key efforts this position will be involved with include - wireless network deployments, LAN implementations and voice over IP telephony migrations.Troubleshoot and repair general medical equipment.Document, in near real time, all repair and maintenance related activities, including the activities of outside vendors using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
