They are developing in the role of a Product Owner, possessing a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business and/or technology domain. location: Charlotte, North Carolina job type: Solutions salary: $60 - 66 per hour work hours: 9am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, this role owns end-to-end program execution across requirements, planning, delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment-partnering with Engineering, Product, Compliance/Legal, InfoSec, Operations, and external vendors to deliver a secure, auditable onboarding experience for sensitive data workflows. Key Responsibilities - Program planning & scheduling: Build and manage the integrated plan (milestones, dependencies, critical path), run delivery cadence, and drive timelines across workstreams. - Stakeholder communications: Align Engineering, Product, Compliance/Legal, Risk, InfoSec, and Operations; facilitate decisions and keep partners informed. -Risk/issue/dependency management: Maintain RAID, anticipate delivery/security/compliance risks, drive mitigations, and escalate with options. -Executive reporting: Provide clear status updates (progress, RAG, key blockers/asks, upcoming milestones) for senior leadership. -Vendor management: Coordinate scope and delivery with third parties; manage integration readiness, support models, contractual deliverables, and SLA performance. - Requirements &; delivery governance: Ensure requirements clarity (including security/auditability/resiliency), manage change control, and drive sign-offs. -Release readiness: Orchestrate testing, cutover/runbooks, enablement, post-release monitoring, and post implementation reviews.
