Day-to-Day Business Operations Execute Tactical Activities including but not limited to approval/ approval prep, Serve as escalation to clarify ways of working, Deliver Reports such as Spend Analytics, Cost Savings, Status, KPIs, etc. across multiple systems with detailed data validation. Qualifications: Relevant Work Experience: 8+ years global, complex, strategic initiatives/ corporate environment. Management consulting background preferred. Category Expertise: 4+ years Category Expertise required in IT Services (Technology specific Labor, IT Professional Services, IT Consulting, IT Staff Augmentation/ Temp Staffing, Technical Services, IT Managed Services, IT BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), IT Help Desk, IT Resource/ Workforce Management, other). Technology experience is required. Software and/or hardware experience is welcomed and in combination with non-IT labor, considered. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Business (Strategy/Finance Preferred), Engineering, Technology/ Computer Science or other quantitative discipline preferred. MBA preferred. Computer: MS Office: Expert/high level proficiency required, particularly with Excel (excluding VBA, Macros). Contract Lifecycle Management System experience preferred but not required. Regional Expertise: Global cultural familiarity/ experience (required).
