In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of industrial machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality goods. Production Monitoring: Constantly monitor production lines to identify defects and ensure all products meet high-quality standards. Line Changeovers: Perform timely and accurate line changeovers, including shutting down equipment, removing finished products, and replenishing raw materials. Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, including hazardous chemical handling and decontamination protocols. Documentation: Maintain precise operational readings and documentation in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices). Material Handling: Use forklifts or other heavy equipment to move inventory and organize the workspace as needed. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing, production, or recycling environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools; experience with heavy machinery is a plus. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle materials in a physically demanding setting. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow strict formulas and inventory methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out). Adaptability: A great work ethic and the ability to adapt to changing production goals.
