Our client is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager looking for a carer path with a leading retailer.  This is a Direct Hire opportunity for someone who aspires to help build a great team and eventually run their own store within 1 year, and eventually lead their own district.  If your are excellent at retail customer service, able to develop other employees as part of a team, and have worked in a management role at a store with 5 to 10 million in sales, this could be a great opportunity for you.  Work week is a scheduled 45 hour work week. Must be flexible to work weekends and be scheduled to work any shift between store open and close.  Full benefits and a generous bonus plan are available. This position assists in coordinating OSTA compliance initiatives in Environment, Health, and Safety and other relevant compliance areas as designated.
