job summary: Position Summary: Maintains and supports the enterprise Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure specifically with client support on a large-scale multi-site, multi-domain environment. Responsible for Messaging and Collaboration supported applications to include Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, web conferencing (WebEx), Instant Messaging (Lync/Skype, Group Chat) as major focus. Manages the integration of email with other systems such as mobile device and other unified communication technologies.
