The Marketing Manager will own the local execution of marketing plans by providing solutions aligned to target audience segments. This role will collaborate with market leaders to drive team participation in branding events, initiatives and campaigns. Key responsibilities include activating national marketing campaigns at a local level as well as developing and executing marketing activities specific to the needs of the assigned market(s), including communications, social media marketing, public relations and events, community outreach, and sales support. This position requires detailed knowledge of all key social media platforms including Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Additionally, knowledge of Canva, Google Ratings/Business Profile, Nextdoor, Hootsuite, Post Beyond, Yext and Reputation.com is a plus.This position requires independent judgment and discretion, advanced communication and influencing skills, resiliency and a competitive desire to win. What you get to do: Works with specific markets to develop market based client and talent marketing plans to support overall local client and talent attraction Ensures localization of national campaigns to account for local customers, language, and affinity Create and execute an effective diversified plan for community outreach through local association partnerships, local advertising, local job fairs and grassroots marketing.
